Joseph "Jay" Kennedy

My Story

​For over 25 years Jay has been a small business owner working in the fuel business (wholesaling gasoline and diesel, and buying, renovating, and leasing out gas stations) and commercial real estate (working with investors to purchase multi-family properties).  For 5.5 years, he had the privilege to serve the local church as the Executive Pastor at City on a Hill Church in ABQ, NM. He has a passion for personal finance and helping people achieve clarity over their finances and make wise financial decisions.

Jay married his college sweetheart, Jessica, and they have 5 biological children and 1 adopted (Haiti). He is avid Texas Longhorn fan,  coaches youth sports, and enjoys snow cones, iced tea, specialty popcorn, and smoking meats.  He currently resides in Fort Mill, SC.

Experience/Education:

Jay graduated cum laude from Trinity University with a B.S in Economics, Finance, and Russian.  He previously held a real estate license and currently holds a license to sell insurance in the US (NPN - 22153889)
